The breakfast lady was really good, she let my son take a chocolate milk to the room, a small gesture that made his day! I could see the staff really put in the effort for cleanliness, so my family felt safe during our stay.
It was not budget-friendly, but still, it was acceptable.

The Towneplace in Clarksville has modern decor and was very clean, which I appreciated. The air conditioning was quiet, a rare find in hotel rooms. Enjoying breakfast was nice, but I expected a bit more variety. I had a clean, comfortable One-Bedroom Queen Suite Sofa Bed. However, the $100 pet fee came as a shock. It wasn't mentioned when I booked the room. I’m fine with a pet fee, but $100 feels excessive and could make me think twice about returning. Additionally, the exercise center was well-maintained, but the water pressure in the shower was only average. The absence of a ramp or handrail near the entrance might be an issue for seniors or anyone with mobility challenges. This oversight makes me wonder about their adherence to ADA rules. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but some aspects could use clarity and improvement.
